The men's under-20 team took gold earlier this morning.

Ireland have already claimed a gold medal at the European Cross Country Championships in Belgium.

The men's under-20 team took gold earlier this morning.

Nick Griggs finished best of the Irish in third place, while Niall Murphy and Jonas Stafford also finished in the top ten.

The women's under-20 team also performed well, securing a fifth placed finish overall.
