The injured Enya Breen is replaced in the centre by Vicky Irwin.
Christy Haney starts at tighthead prop with Linda Djougang switching to loosehead.
The back row sees two changes with Grace Moore and Deirbhile Nic a Bháird starting after coming off the bench last weekend, while Dorothy Wall keeps her place.
Hooker Neve Jones, and locks Sam Monaghan and team captain Nichola Fryday retain their places.
