Leinster's new senior coach Jacques Nienaber says it won't be a step down to coach the province.
Leinster go to France to face Ronan O'Gara's La Rochelle this Sunday in the opening round of the Champions Cup.
That will be a repeat of last season's final which La Rochelle narrowly won.
South Africa's World Cup winning coach Nienaber wants to return to a club environment which will guarantee regular working weeks, but he's excited about who he'll be teaching:
