Kilcock’s Leinster Campaign Ends Following Clara Defeat

Captain determined to treat defeat as learning experience.

Kilcock’s Leinster Club Intermediate Championship campaign has come to an end.

The Kildare side suffered a 1-09 to 1-07 defeat to Clara of Offaly at O'Connor Park in Tullamore.

There was just a point between the sides at the break, but Kilcock struggled in the second half

Kilcock Manager Cian Flanagan says his team gave their all.

Captain Jason Gibbons admits a poor start had them on the back foot for most of the game, but is determined to treat the defeat as a learning experience.
