The men's football, ladies' football, hurling and two camogie sides were all in action.
Kildare were beaten 1-13 to 0-13 points by Clare in St Conleth's Park on Sunday afternoon in Division 2 of the Allianz NFL.
It now means that this weekend's game against Laois is a must win in order to progress to the semi finals.
The game throws in at 1.45pm in MW Hire O'Moore Park in Portlaoise and Kfm will have full commentary of the match in association with Hanlon Concrete, Robertstown.
After the game against Clare, Kildare manager Jack O'Connor had this to say:
The hurlers had a comprehensive victory over Derry in Manguard Plus Hawkfield on a scoreline of 5-17 to 1-14.
The Lillies now have two wins from two in their Allianz NFL Division 2B campaign.

Meanwhile, the ladies footballers were beaten by Laois on a scoreline of 2-16 to 2-13 in their opening game of the league campaign.
The Kildare intermediate camogie team defeated Dublin 4-12 to 2-11 and the junior team lost out to Mayo 1-14 to 0-4.
