Wilfried Zaha has completed a move to Turkish side Galatasaray on a three-year contract.

There's a 9am start for the other game in the group between Norway and Switzerland.

Earlier, Colombia got off to a winning start in Group H with a 2-nil victory over Korea Republic.

Wilfried Zaha has completed a move to Turkish side Galatasaray on a three-year contract.

The Ivory Coast forward was a free agent after leaving Crystal Palace this summer.

He'd reportedly turned down an offer of 200-thousand pounds a week to stay at Selhurst Park.

Zaha has received a signing on fee of 2.3-million euro and will get an annual salary of over 4 million at Galatasaray.

Kerry captain Siofra O'Shea has been ruled out for the rest of the season.

The 21-year-old suffered an ACL injury in training on Sunday.

Kerry face Mayo in their All-Ireland semi-final this Saturday at Semple Stadium.

Tallaght's Rhasidat  Adeleke says she has what it takes to win a medal at the upcoming World Athletics Championships.

The sprinter recently turned professional after a number of brilliant performances on the college scene in the US.

Speaking ahead of next month's championships in Budapest, she says a podium finish is possible.

SWIMMING

Daniel Wiffen is the latest Irish swimmer to qualify for next year's Olympic Games.

He clocked a new Irish record time of seven minutes 43-point-81 seconds in the 800 metres freestyle heats at the World Championships in Japan.

Wiffen is now through to the final with the fourth fastest time overall.

Later today, Mona McSharry returns for the final of the 100-metres breaststroke.
