Kildare minor footballers are into the All Ireland semi final after an impressive Quarter Final win over Kerry in Limerick on Saturday.
Kildare had the advantage of a strong wind in that opening half but only led by 1-4 to 0-4 late in the half, their goal from Jack Reilly after two minutes.
They finished the half with a flourish with a '45 from Logan Tennyson and three two-pointers from play from Jack Reilly, Eoghan Lyons and team captain Chalie Doran for a 9 point lead 1-11 to 0-5 at half time.
Playing against the wind in the 2nd half, a Páidí Ryan run mid way through the half set up Cian Keogh for a palmed goal that put Kildare ten points
ahead.
Kerry struck for a goal and point to reduce the margin to 6 points, but then a slip by the Kerry goalie saw Cian Keogh hit his 2nd goal Heading into injury time, Callum Cowzer scored Kildare's fourth goal.
Final Score Kildare 4-12 Kerry 2-13
Kildare will play Tyrone in the semi final.
The other semi final will be Cork, who beat Meath, play Derry who beat Roscommon.

Second seed Alexander Zverev needed five sets to get past Italian Flavio Cobolli to secure his first Grand Slam tennis title at the French Open.
The match lasted over four hours at Roland Garros.
GOLF
American J.T. Poston won in a play-off to seal victory in a rain-affected Memorial Tournament last night.
The 33-year-old clinched the biggest victory of his career, after getting the better of Ryan Gerard in Ohio.
Rory McIlroy was 12th after he finished on four under following a final round of 68.
Shane Lowry was in a tie for 22nd after a final-round 73 which left him one-under-par overall.
FORMULA 1
Formula 1 Championship leader Kimi Antonelli extended his winning streak to five races with victory in a dramatic Monaco Grand Prix.
Lewis Hamilton was second after a late red flag because of a deteriorating track surface stopped the race with ten laps remaining.
