That's after they comfortably beat Waterford 5-13 to 0-9 at Croke Park yesterday.

Rebels captain Amy O'Connor finished with 3-7 to her name.

Sorcha McCartan and Fiona Keating also found the back of the net for Matthew Twomey's side.



Elsewhere, Clare beat Munster rivals Tipperary in the Premier Junior decider by 3-7 to 1-9.

Meath came from seven points down to force their Intermediate final with Derry to a replay.

Full time score at Croke Park was Derry 1-9 Meath 2-6.

RACING

There's a seven race card at Cork today where the first goes to post at 2pm.

While the first of seven races at Naas goes to post at 2:15pm.

It's set to be a special day for jockey Wesley Joyce in Naas today.

He'll return to riding just over a year after he suffered serious injuries in a fall at the 2022 Galway Festival.

The Moyross native and apprentice jockey is based with Curragh trainer Johnny Murtagh and has two rides -Peerless for Denis Hogan at 2:50pm and Wave Machine for Johnny Murtagh at 3:25pm.
