It will have 24 teams in it
World Rugby has announced a new 24-team 'Nations Championship' that will replace the summer and autumn tours.
The tournament - which starts in 2026 - will have a top division that includes the 10 sides from the Six Nations and Rugby Championship.
Japan and Fiji are expected to be the other two top-flight teams and there will be no promotion and relegation until 2030.
The World Cup will also be expanded from 20 to 24 teams from the 2027 edition in Australia.
