The focus this weekend is on the UPMC Senior Hurling Championship and the Tom Cross Junior Football Championship.

In the Senior Hurling semi final today, Naas play Confey at 1.30.

In the Junior Football semi finals, Grangenolvin play Kill at 3 o’clock, followed by Ellistown against Castlemitchell at 4.45.

Kfm will have live updates of the games on Saturday Sportsbeat.

Last night, in the Junior A Final it finished Rathcoffey 10 points Athgarvan 1-6

Also last night, in the Senior Women's Football Championship final, it finished Eadestown 5-15 St Laurence's 6 points.

Today, at 5 o’clock, Ballina play Kill in the Intermediate final, and Kilcock play Na Fianna in the Junior A Final at 3.30.

SOCCER

Liverpool are once again in lunchtime action in the Premier League - this time they’re away to winless Crystal Palace.

At 3, Arsenal welcome lowly Southampton to the Emirates.

Manchester City are at home to Fulham.

Brentford play Wolves

Leicester face Bournemout.

And West Ham take on Ipswich.

There’s a 5.30 start at Goodison, where Everton play Newcastle.

RUGBY

This afternoon, Ulster hand first starts to James McCormick, Charlie Irvine and Ben Carson in their game away to the Vodacom Bulls.

RG Snyman makes his Leinster debut in their game away to Benetton.

And Peter O’Mahony, Tadhg Beirne and Jack Crowley all return for Munster’s meeting with the Ospreys at Virgin Media Park.

GOLF

Padraig Harrington leads the Irish charge on day 3 of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

He plays St. Andrew’s today, and tees off from 7-under par.

There’s an eight-race card at The Curragh this afternoon, with the first going to post at five-past-1.

And the Grade-2 PWC Champion Steeplechase is the feature of a seven-race card at Gowran Park, which gets underway at five-to-2.
