The IRFU Has Announced Details Of Changes Made To Its Funding Model

The IRFU has said the recommendations of the review were agreed by all parties

The IRFU has confirmed changes to its funding model to be implemented ahead of next season.

Under the new plan, the four provinces will contribute 30% of the cost of a player's central contract.

Leinster are set to have ten players on central contracts next season, with Connacht, Munster and Ulster each having one player each on a similar
deal.

The IRFU has said the recommendations of the review were agreed by all parties.
