If Damien Duff's team drop points, Shamrock Rovers will claim a fifth title in a row with a win over Waterford.
Both games kick off at 7.45pm.
Elsewhere, Sligo Rovers host St Pat's, Bohemians take on Galway United and there's a Louth derby between Drogheda United and Dundalk.
