Shels know if they beat Derry City at the Ryan McBride Brandywell, they will secure a first top tier title in 18 years.
If Damien Duff's team drop points, Shamrock Rovers will claim a fifth title in a row with a win over Waterford.
Both games kick off at 7.45pm.
