WHO warns fatalities could reach 20,000
The number of people who've died after the earthquake in Turkey and Syria has surpassed 5,000
The World Health Organisation says fatalities could reach 20-thousand in the coming days.
There have been at least 14 large quakes since midnight, and around 285 aftershocks.
