New figures have been released by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry
There has been an 11.1% increase in the number of new cars registered in Kildare so far this year, compared to 2022.
So far this year 5,144 new cars have been registered, while the figure was 4,627 during the same period in 2022.
Nationally, new car registrations for the month of October were down 16.8%.
The figures were released by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry and Clem Ryan covering the topic on tomorrow's Kildare Focus programme between 2 and 3.
