464 patients waiting for beds nationwide
As of 8am this morning, 30 people were awaiting beds at Naas General Hospital.
According to the Irish Nurses & Midwives Organisation Trolley Watch figures, 464 patients were on trolleys at that time, throughout Ireland's hospitals.
392 people were waiting in Irish hospital emergency departments, while 72 patients were in wards elsewhere in the hospitals.
Thursday's figure is the first below 500 since Sunday, when 479 patients were awaiting beds at 8am, Sunday morning.
