A Walk-In Vaccination Centre Is Open At Punchestown Today.

It's operating between 10.30am and 12.30pm.

The Punchestown Vaccination Centre will host a walk-in clinic today

The clinic will administer Pfizer Dose 1 and Dose 2, between 10.30am and 12.30pm

This Walk-In clinic is for everyone over the age of 1.

People do not need to register online for Dose 1 beforehand, however registering may speed up the time in the vaccination centre. 

Who can attend

  • If you are aged 16 or older, you can get your COVID-19 vaccine at a walk in clinic.
  • You do not need an appointment during the clinic time. If you show up outside of these times, you will not be vaccinated.

What you need to bring

  • You need to bring different things depending on if you are registered or not.
  • If you are attending for Dose 2, please bring your vaccination record card with you.  

If you registered online

If you have already registered online, please bring photo ID that shows your date of birth.

Your photo ID can be your;

  • Passport – book or card
  • Driving license
  • Public Services Card
  • Travel pass
  • National Age Card – issued by the Gardaí
  • School or college card

If your ID does not have your date of birth on it, then also bring a copy of your birth cert or some other documentation that has your birth of date.

If you have not registered online

If you have not registered online – we can register you at the walk in clinic

You will need your:

  • Personal Public Service (PPS) number – if you have one
  • Eircode
  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address
  • Photo id that has your date of birth – this can be a passport, driving license, Garda age card, school ID.

If you do not have a PPS number

If you do not have a PPS number, you can still get vaccinated. You will need to bring proof of address.

Your proof of address can be a:

  • household bill in your name
  • bank or financial institution statement
  • letter from a public service department or agency
  • rental agreement
  • letter from the owner of the property to confirm you live there - this can be your parent
  • bill or letter from a hotel or Airbnb

If you are aged 16 or 17 and have no photo ID

  • If you are aged 16 or 17 and have no photo ID
  • Bring your birth cert if you are aged 16 or 17 and have no photo ID.
  • If you also have proof of your Personal Public Service (PPS) number, such as a child benefit letter containing your PPS number, this will be helpful for staff at the vaccination centre. But you do not need it to get vaccinated.
