Prospective candidates can't have a net income over €53,000
Hundreds of people are expected to apply for cost rental homes in Citywest in Dublin this afternoon.
They are being made available at prices below the market rate.
It's a tough market for renters with huge rents and the eviction ban coming to an end.
This afternoon at midday for the first time, cost rental homes in Dublin under a Land Development Agency scheme- will become available.
The homes at Parklands, CityWest will be almost 60% below current market rates with rents starting at 1,350 for a three bed.
Prospective candidates can't have a net income over €53,000 or they can't be receiving any social housing supports.
Only 22 homes are available to apply for today and the successful candidates will be picked by lottery.
