In a statement last night, O’Hora wished the county the best of luck in the future, saying ladies football is in the safest of hands.
Diane O’Hora last night announced that she would be stepping down as manager of the Kildare Senior Ladies football team.
The Mayo native coached the team for one year and managed them for the last two.
During her tenure, Kildare won a Leinster and All Ireland Intermediate title and gained back to back promotions from Division 3 up to Division 1, winning two league titles along the way.
