Naas Roads Policing Unit detected the vehicle, without the relevant permit, parked in the Main Street bay.
Gardai say "As motorist attempted to drive away, mobility app confirmed motorist was disqualified from driving"
They were arrested and charged, fined €150 for parking in the bay, and their car was seized.
