On 21st August, Dylan McCarthy was killed following a night out in the town.
The 29 year-old was found unresponsive at the scene, and taken to Tallaght University Hospital.
He passed away the following afternoon, 22nd August.
His father, who was with him at the time, was taken to hospital and treated for head injuries.
