Both men have since been charged in relation to the seizures.
Over €900,000 worth of drugs and €800 in cash were seized during a search operation on Saturday evening in Tallaght and Lucan.
At approximately 6.15pm on Saturday evening, Gardaí attached to the Serious Crime unit in Tallaght were on patrol when they conducted a stop and search of a vehicle in Tallaght.
During the course of the search Gardaí seized a quantity of cannabis herb and €800 in cash.
One man, aged in his late 30s, was arrested at the scene.
During follow-up searches, two premises were searched under warrant in Tallaght and Lucan.
Quantities of cannabis herb, cannabis resin and cannabis plants with an approximate value in excess of €900,000, along with various drug paraphernalia was seized.

During the course of the follow-up searches, a man in his late 40s was arrested and was detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at a Garda station in Dublin.
All drugs are now subject to analysis by Forensic Science Ireland (FSI).
Both men have since been charged in relation to these seizures and appeared before Tallaght District Court yesterday morning.
Investigations are ongoing.
