Health Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill was asked at the Oireachtas Health Committee yesterday if construction would actually be finished by the latest deadline of April 30th.
The government is being urged to sue the Kill-based contractors BAM who still haven't delivered the new national children's hospital.

Committee chair Padraig Rice says the Minister must begin legal proceedings against the company to ensure no more deadlines are missed.
