Junctions requiring works
Kildare County Council has been asked to initiate a strategic review of junctions in the Clane-Maynooth Municipal District requiring works.
Cllr. Aidan Farrelly, of the Social Democrats, has raised the issue with the council at this month's meeting of the MD.
The junctions include Firmount Cross, Dag Welds Cross and Allenwood Cross.
Cllr. Farrelly is asking for specific details on the works required, and "the national funding programmes available to which it can apply."
The Clane-Maynooth MD will meet on Friday, 3rd September.
