Liffey Hall is the former residence of the Patrician Brothers in the town.
The 650sq /7,000sq ft property was built in 1963, and site on 1.1 hectares of land, with River Liffey frontage and abuts Chapel Lane.
It has a dozen bedrooms and numerous reception rooms.
When the property went on the market in August, it was guiding at €750,000.
