Groups from Ballymore Eustace, Newbridge and Maynooth have been nominated
Kildare County Council has confirmed the three Kildare nominees in the 2023 IPB Pride of Place Competition.
The Pride of Place Awards acknowledge the work being done every day by communities throughout the island of Ireland.
The Kildare nominations are:
The Ballymore Eustace Community Development Association in the Age Friendly Category
Newbridge Women’s Shed in the Wellbeing Category
The Maynooth Access Group in the Creative Places Category
The national winners of the competition will be announced at the Gala Awards ceremony in the Armagh City Hotel on Friday the 10th of November.
