In the Q3 2025 progress report from First Home Scheme, 8,399 buyers in all 26 counties have been approved by the Scheme and have received eligibility certificates allowing them to buy or self-build their chosen home.
14% of those approved buyers were in Kildare.
4,118 buyers in all 26 counties have already completed the purchase of their home using the Scheme, including people building their own home.
