Fianna Fáil's James Lawless and the Social Democrats' Aidan Farrelly were also elected in Kildare North.
Fine Gael's Martin Heydon was the first to be elected in Kildare South, followed by Sinn Féin's Shonaigh Ní Raghallaigh and Labour's Mark Wall.
