Locals are furious over the latest outage.
A number of schools have been forced to close due to a burst water pipe in Kilmeague.
Uisce Éireann said the issue may not be resolved until 10pm tonight.
However, Cllr Aidan Farrelly said frustration among locals has reached boiling point.
Areas impacted include Kilmeague, Allenwood, Allenwood South, Lullymore, Derrinturn, Coill Dubh, Blackwood, Robertstown, Newtown Donore, Prosperous, Killybegs, and surrounds.
