Gardaí are investigating an aggravated burglary in Kildare Town after a resident was confronted at their front door by an intruder armed with a machete.
The incident occurred on 24 October at the Loughlion Green estate at around 11.30pm.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage from the area to come forward.
