Minister Announces Nationwide IPAS Security Review Following Drogheda Fire

Gardaí have confirmed that a fire at the property in Drogheda on Halloween night was started deliberately, after fireworks were thrown into the building.

Three children and a baby were among several people rescued by firefighters.
