While Dublin’s combined Garda divisions recorded more than 5,700 mobile-phone driving offences last year, Kildare–Carlow tops the country as the single highest individual division, with almost 1,950 detections - followed by Waterford/Kilkenny.
Donegal recorded the fewest mobile-phone driving offences in the country last year, with 295 detections.
