Covid cases in County Kildare continue to fall.
The number of cases of Covid-19 recorded in County Kildare continues to drop.
There were 521 confirmed cases recorded between 3rd and 16th May.
This is in comparison compared to 686 cases between 19th April and 2nd May.
The Naas Local Electoral Area (LEA) had the highest number of cases at 114, closely followed by 104 in Newbridge
The figures obtained from the Covid-19 Data Hub show the other LEAs reported lower figures, with 76 in Kildare, 70 in Celbridge, 46 in Athy, 45 in Clane and 42 in Maynooth.
At the bottom of the list was Leixlip LEA which recorded 24 cases in the same two week window.
As of midnight on 17th May, Kildare had reached a total of 77,316 PCR-confirmed cases.
