There's been a reduction of almost 70% in the number of one-off homes granted planning permission in Kildare.
Kildare County Council has released data for the period 2016 to 2020 to Fine Gael Cllr., Evie Sammon.
She had requested the number of one-off homes granted permission in the Naas Muncipal District.
KCC says "The Planning Department does not hold this information by municipal district."
830 one-off homes were green-lit in 2016.
That dropped steadily down, year on year, to 169 in 2019.
There was a slight increase to 227, last year.
