William Delaney was last seen alive in Monasterevin in 2019
Three people who were arrested as part of the suspected murder of missing man William Delaney in 2019, have been released without charge.
Gardaí have confirmed two women, aged in their 20s and 30s, and a man, aged in his 30s have been released from custody.
56-year-old William Delaney was last seen alive on January 30th 2019.
William Delaney left Portlaoise General Hospital that day, and collected his welfare payment at the post office.
He was last seen alive that afternoon in Monasterevin, where he was trying to visit a relative who wasn't home at the time.
William was reported missing by his family on March 6th.
Gardaí later received information he had been killed and his body had been buried at a location in Laois.
Gardai say they still believe people in the community have information about Mr Delaney's death and have not yet come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
