Tributes are being paid to a Kildare-based nurse who died on holiday in Sardinia.
Evangeline Sapon Musch, aged in her 60s, died on Tuesday after being swept out to sea of the Mediterranean island.
She was a member of the Filipino community who lived in Athy.
The mother-of-four was a nurse at St. Vincent's Hospital in Athy.
Italian fire officials said that a body was removed from the water near the village of Portu Maga on Tuesday.
She was said to have been in Sardinia to celebrate her birthday.

Her death notice said she will be “sadly missed” by her partner Ben, her “much loved children” Vhan Lester, Rio O’Giel, Harvey Kent, Quennie Ranel, grandchildren Daphnie, Rhuzze, Ivan, Gavin, Vhon and Harisha.
Other relatives include her daughters-in-law and son-in-law Mon, Nemia and Ruth, her brothers and sisters Thes, Carlito, Nicanor, Evelyn and Canvto Jr, her mother and father-in-law Judith and Celestion, her aunt Manang Erling, nephews and nieces Kathline, Quenie, Sharmae, Lawrence, Christy, Junel, Glezel, Iryl, Ve-an, Tata, Nicdle, the Filipino Community and all her colleagues and health care staff at St Vincent's Hospital, Athy.
Funeral arrangements are yet to be announced.
