The 34-year-old father of two was beaten to death after he left a stag party in Tallaght.
Two men have been handed life sentences for the murder of Vincent Parsons in August 2019.
27 year old Philip Disney of Donomore Crescent in Tallaght and 30 year old Sean Carlyle of Donomore Avenue have today been handed a life sentence.
34 year old Mr Parsons had been attending a stag do at the Killinarden Inn onthe 26th of Augudt when he came to the attention of Philip Disney.
After a brief interaction, Mr Parsons ran from the pub, and was soon followed by Mr Disney and Mr Carlyle in van.
He was followed to Killinarden Way where he was subjected to what's been described as a “pitiless beating” by Mr Justice Kerida Naidoo.
My Parsons died in hospital two days later.
Today, the court heard his wife Claire describe him as a gentle man who had never been in a fight in his life.
Vincent’s sister Marian told the court of the impact his death had on their family and that his mother hasn’t been the same since his murder.
Judge Naidoo said the men were in control of their actions that night and showed no human decency, noting Mr Parson’s watch had been stolen by the pair after they “left him to die”.
The pair showed no remorse during the sentencing and heckled abuse at the family before they were removed from the court room.
