Uisce Éireann crews have successfully completed repairs to a burst water impacting customers in North West Kildare.
Repairs were successfully completed and water supply is returning to customers, however, it may take a up to three hours for full supply to restore to all customers, especially those at the end of the network or on high ground.
Earlier, a number of schools were forced to close due to the burst water pipe in Kilmeague.
