Claims can be made via IPB Insurance.
Locals who damage their cars as a result of potholes can make a claim via their local council.
The reminder comes amid claims that adverse weather conditions are holding up repair works on the Kilcock to Summer Hill Road.
Speaking on Kildare Today, local resident Marguerite Devine said a number of potholes have opened up on the road.
That’s despite repairs being carried out in recent weeks.
Cllr Paul Ward said repairs are expected to take place within the next week.
He said poor weather conditions have stalled progress.
Potholes seem to be a recurring issue within the Kilcock area.
Another pothole in Kilcock at Murphy’s Pub is causing problems for locals, with drivers advised to be cautious.
Despite much confusion about who is at fault, locals can make a claim to the county council if their cars are damaged as a result of pothole damage.
Claims can be made via IPB Insurance.
Local residents can access IPB Insurance at https://ipb.ie and follow the steps provided in the “Claims” section.
Speaking to Kfm, Cllr Paul Ward explained how bad weather has been holding up repairs.
