A woman in her 70s has died in a house fire in Limerick City.
Emergency services arrived at the scene of a fire at a property on Wolfe Tone Street early this morning.
During a search of the house, the woman's body was discovered.
Garda enquiries are ongoing, and the scene has been preserved for technical examination.
