The number of complaints has increased since the new runway opened.
The operators of Dublin Airport says it will insulate more houses in North Dublin this year to protect them from noise.
Local residents and a nearby Golf Club have been complaining of noise ever since the new runway opened.
Planning permission has also been sought for two new noise monitoring systems.
