Four teenage boys have been arrested after a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash involving a stolen vehicle in Graiguecullen, Co. Carlow.
The black Ford Ranger had been stolen from Rathcoole in Dublin during the early hours of yesterday morning before it was spotted by Gardaí on patrol in Graiguecullen.
The vehicle failed to stop and later collided with a car and a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 30s, was taken to Cork University Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage as the investigation continues.
