It says they have no option but to emigrate
The INMO says graduate nurses and midwives are being left with no option but to emigrate as they are not being offered contracts here.
The union says a number of its members have not yet been offered permanent positions due to budgetary issues.
This is despite hospital vacancies in places like Letterkenny, Galway and Sligo.
It's calling on the HSE to intervene, and says failure to offer graduates a contract is in breech of national employment commitments.
