Ombudsman's Office issues annual report.
More than 3,400 complaints were made to the Ombudsman about public services last year.
119 of the complaints were made from Co. Kildare, accounting for 3.48% of the total.
The national figure is a drop of 6 percent compared to 2019, according to the offices latest annual report.

A quarter of complaints were about local authorities and a fifth regarding the health service.

There were 735 complaints about the Department of Social Protection, 126 of which concerned the Pandemic Unemployment Payment.
