SOA Research are putting forward a roadmap for Community-Led Housing infrastructure for Ireland.

New research says communities need to be at the forefront in the creation of accessible and affordable housing.

The think tank SOA Research are putting forward a roadmap for Community-Led Housing infrastructure for Ireland.

They say current government policies focus too much on building 'units' rather than homes.

Their research found including communities in the early stags of planning, will create better and stronger neighbourhoods.
