Two Oireachtas Committees will meet later to discuss complaints from the President about the time he's being given to scrutinise legislation.
Micheal D Higgins has written to the Ceann Comhairle, Kildare South Fianna Fáil TD, Seán O'Feargháil, complaining about the rush of legislation at the end of the Dáil term.
The President has a week to scrutinise bills before signing them - but was presented with 19 since the start of July and 9 in just one day.
