Alliance for Insurance Reform is calling on govt. to act and improve competition by attracting more providers into the market.
Insurance costs have jumped 15 percent since new award guidelines were introduced earlier this year.
That's according to a survey of motorists, businesses and community groups by the Alliance for Insurance Reform.
