The Taoiseach will visit Northern Ireland later for talks on tackling climate change.
Micheal Martin will attend a number of events in Belfast and meet with the north's First and Deputy First Ministers.
Also to be discussed is the 3.5 billion euro cross-border budget announced in this weeks National Development Plan, and the one billion set aside for the Shared Island Fund to 2030.
