ICHH volunteer is being nominated for the seat.
Dublin City Councillors are due to vote on who should fill the council seat tomorrow held by the late Anthony Flynn.
Geraldine Molloy, a volunteer with Inner City Helping Homeless which was founded by Mr Flynn, is being nominated for the position.
