He has since apologised.
World number three Alexander Zverev's been given a suspended eight-week ban from ATP events after his outburst at last month's Mexico Open tennis.
The German was thrown out of the tournament in Acapulco for repeatedly hitting the umpire's chair with his racket at the end of a doubles match.
He's since apologised but has also been hit with a 25-thousand dollar fine.
