Eadestown's Tadgh Beirne captained Munster to an important win over Ulster.
Munster returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion beating Ulster 41-14 at Thomond Park to boost their hopes of a URC play-off place.
It was a much-needed result for the province following a dip in form, with John Hodnett scoring four tries and Alex Kendellen adding a hat-trick in a dominant second-half display.
There was a strong Kildare connection on the night, with Eadestown native Tadgh Beirne captaining the side. The Ireland international played a key leadership role as Munster turned the game around after conceding an early try.
Munster now move up the table following back-to-back bonus point wins, although there will be some concern over injuries picked up during the game.
